Version of 13 October 2026. By auctioning a Character or bidding in the Lootera Char Bazaar, you accept these terms, which complete the Terms of Use. The English version is the original.

1. What it is

The Char Bazaar is Lootera's character auction. A player puts a Character of their own Account up for auction and other players bid in transferable Lootera Coins. When the auction ends, the Character moves to the Account of the highest bidder.

The Char Bazaar works only with Lootera Coins inside the game. No money or Crypto Asset is paid to the seller, and Coins received from a sale can never be cashed out (Terms of Use, clause 6). The Char Bazaar is the only permitted way to move a Character between Accounts; selling, buying or trading Characters or Accounts by any other means is prohibited and may lead to action against the Accounts involved. Trades of items, gold and Coins between players follow clause 10 of the Terms of Use.

2. Who can auction

The Character must meet every requirement shown in Auction Character when you confirm. Among them: at least level 8; not hunting or in a party; not a guild leader; no house and no bid on a house; no Market offers; not in another auction; the Account not banned.

You choose the minimum bid (from 50 Coins) and the end date, between 1 and 30 days after confirming.

3. Fee and commission

When you confirm the auction, your Account pays a fee of 50 transferable Coins. The fee is not returned, even if the auction ends without bids or is cancelled.

If the Character is sold, Lootera keeps 12% of the sale price as commission, as in Tibia's Char Bazaar. The fee and commission are taken out of circulation. The rest goes to the seller's Account.

4. The Character during the auction

From confirmation until the auction ends, the Character cannot log in. The seller may cancel the auction while nobody has bid. After the first bid, it can no longer be cancelled.

5. Bids

A bid is the most you are willing to pay for the Character. That amount is taken from your transferable Coins at once, as a deposit. If another player bids more, your whole deposit returns to your Account.

The current bid shown rises only to one Coin above the previous bidder's maximum. The winner pays the current bid at the end of the auction, not their maximum; the difference returns to their Account.

You can bid only with transferable Coins, on a Character of another Account that does not play from the same connection as yours, and with a free character slot in your Account. A confirmed bid cannot be withdrawn.

6. Contributing with Solana for the Coins of a bid

If you lack Coins for a bid, you can make a contribution in SOL on the Solana network from the bid's contribution page and receive the bonus Coins it needs (100 bonus Coins for every 2 USDC, converted to SOL at that moment's market price, valid for the time shown). Clauses 7 to 9 of the Terms of Use apply. Once the network confirms the contribution, the bonus Coins are credited and the bid is placed.

Send exactly the amount asked, using the code or button of the contribution page. A smaller amount, or a transfer made outside the page, is not recognised automatically. Network fees are paid by you.

Crypto transfers are final and are not returned in crypto. The deposit of a bid that is outbid, and the Coins of a bid that could not be placed, stay in your Account as transferable Coins.

7. End of the auction

When the auction ends with a bid, the Character moves to the winning Account with everything it had: level, skills, items, gold, outfits, mounts and progress. If the winning Account has no free slot, the auction waits in processing until a slot opens.

A Character that belonged to a guild leaves it on transfer. If the auction ends without bids, the Character can log in again on its original Account.

8. Coins received from a sale

Coins received from a sale enter the Account as regular Coins: they can be used in the Store but cannot be transferred or used for bids. They become transferable 10 days after the auction ends. What is spent in that period is not converted.

9. Store purchases

Putting a Character up for auction ends any refund period for Store services bought for that Character, to the extent the law of your country allows.

10. Fraud and misuse

We may cancel an auction, reverse a sale, hold Coins and act against Accounts in cases of fraud, Coins obtained irregularly, charge-backs, bid collusion or any attempt to get around these rules or the game's rules. We tell the players affected why, and they can contest it through support.

11. Responsibility

The auction shows the Character as it is. Check its level, skills and items before you bid. Coins are not returned for a change of mind after the auction ends, without prejudice to the rights the law of your country gives you.

Lootera is in BETA: the Char Bazaar may be suspended or changed, and these terms may change. Changes are published on this page.
